Directions:
- Follow Allrecipes.com Grandma Johnsons Scones Recipe until dough is complete - omitting the raisins
- Separate dough into 6 equal portions, each about 6oz
- Form each portion into a disk approximately 6 inches across
- Spread 1/4 of your SOLO Almond Cake and Pastry Filling onto three of the disks
- Sandwich remaining 3 disks on top
- Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until scones are just beginning to turn golden brown
- Make your glaze from remaining Almond Filling, powdered sugar, and milk
- Glaze scones once completely cooled
