Almond Scones

Directions:

  1. Follow Allrecipes.com Grandma Johnsons Scones Recipe until dough is complete - omitting the raisins
  2. Separate dough into 6 equal portions, each about 6oz
  3. Form each portion into a disk approximately 6 inches across
  4. Spread 1/4 of your SOLO Almond Cake and Pastry Filling onto three of the disks
  5. Sandwich remaining 3 disks on top
  6. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes until scones are just beginning to turn golden brown
  7. Make your glaze from remaining Almond Filling, powdered sugar, and milk
  8. Glaze scones once completely cooled
